Dear Khun Chairat,

I’m Suwanitcha Somjit (Eur) (Sue) from Rotary club of Angthong District 3350 Thailand to Rotary-Club Bonn-Bad Godesberg D1810 Germany. I’m here already 7 months. I just back from Germany tour with Rotary D.1810. It’s was very fun. I have been for 2 weeks around Germany with my exchange friends. I enjoined the trip so much and am so sad that’s the trip very shot. We travel only in Germany and some part in France (Strasburg) and Belgium (Brussels). The trip was very nice but sometime the wetter was so bad e.g. In Munich we have to wait 2 hours in the cold and snow and we are all wet and the next day all sick but it’s was very fun to play with snow. And also after Germany tour we have Rotex weekend. We went to museum and after that we went to swim. We always meet up each other in the weekend and go to some places. I always have the great time with my exchange friends.

I’m now in second host family. There’re 7 people in their family. Christian my host father, Andrea my host mother, Pauline she went to Argentina last year with rotary too, Titus he’s now in Argentina, Franz he’s studying in the same grade with me but we are in the different school. He always help me in my homework, Anton he’s very very nice to me ,we always do something together and we go to school together everyday, Luise she’s amazing because she’s only 8 years old but she can draw very well. I am getting along well with this family. And I feel like am at home and I never was alone because they always come and play with me. We always play some games, watching TV and sports together.

On February, in the cities that beside Rheine river have the festival call carnival. We have to dress up like crazy or something not normal. I have fun a lot with Carnival. If we go in the city we can see the carnival zug (parade) it’s the parade that they throw candy and some sweet things for us.
